Restaurant located on the square of the village of Garris, known for its beautiful medieval houses and its fair. Labelled "Auberges de villages", traditional cuisine of the Basque Country, generous and tasty: duck confit, pipéde, crispy foie gras with apples and other fantasies of the chef elaborated with local products and vegetables from the garden according to the seasons.
