La Cave d'Irouleguy

The Cave d'Irouléguy, founded in 1952 by 9 winegrowers, now represents a collective of 36 cooperative members. Located in the heart of the Basque country, the grapes come from vines planted on the slopes of the Basque mountains and are harvested exclusively by hand. The Cave d?Irouléguy also offers a tour integrated into the boutique to help visitors understand the process from grape to bottle. Immersive videos, audio headsets, a scent game and views of the vat room and one of our barrel cellars give an insight into the work carried out by the Cave?s winemakers and employees.
