L'Escudé

Laurent and Murielle's passion for vines and wine is based in Cabidos, in the north-east of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region. They began drawing up plans, looking for opportunities to produce a quality wine within everyone's reach.

In 2004, after renting old plots of vines that had not yet been harvested, they vinified their first vintages in the old henhouse... and the Escudé adventure began with its famous "Pin'up" wines! In 2024, Laurent was named Winemaker of the Year by the Guide Hachette des Vins.
