Ferme découverte Urtegia

The Urtegi Farm is a family-run farm where we raise Manech “Tête Rousse” sheep from Suhescun. We process our milk into a wide variety of products: AOP Ossau-Iraty tommes, yogurts, and plain and seasoned fresh cheeses. Motivated by our desire to help you discover our farm, our animals, their needs, and their daily lives, we invite you to join us on a discovery tour: a 700-meter trail through 3 hectares of pastures, where you’ll get to know our animals and local breeds. Picnics are welcome, and shaded areas are available. Our Ossau-Iraty cheese and farm products are sold on-site. You can also take part in activities with the animals throughout the day.
