It is in a farm built in 1629, in the heart of the Basque Country, that Gilles and Sophie Butturini decided to set up their artisanal jam factory.

After having run a pastry shop and bakery in Biarritz for a few years, during which time their jams were increasingly successful, they decided to set up their business in the village of Sibas, in the family home

They propose you a visit of the laboratory by telling you about their manufacture of various jams in the old way
