From the field to the tasting, the Atelier du Piment team will make you discover all the secrets of a unique production in the world : the production of Espelette chilli pepper. Origin and tradition, know-how and quality are the key words of this culture.

According to the season of the pepper, visit the exploitation, from the greenhouses to the room of the ovens or play with your family through the fields during a playful discovery tour.

Your visit will end with a tasting of our chili pepper in all its forms and you will appreciate the explosion of flavors caused by its marriage with our local products.
