La Ciutat is an innovative third-party facility dedicated to ?lenga? and ?cultura? for a vibrant, forward-looking Béarn, open to all.

The latest facility in France dedicated to regional languages and cultures, La Ciutat combines a number of features that make it unique:

A complex of six buildings, mostly grouped together in the Hédas district, in the spirit of a Béarn village, with multiple uses: a place for artistic creation, a cultural and intangible heritage resource and research center, a professional language training center, an artistic creation center, a restaurant, a coworking space, a media library and a bookshop-bar.

La Ciutat is a unique approach to promoting and developing the langue d?oc and the revival of Béarn culture.
