Camp romain : site et musée
This site, founded in 15BC, was a stopover on the trans-Pyrenean crossing from Bordeaux to Astorga, and was occupied up to the 5th century. The thermal installations are particularly well preserved. Listed as a Historical Monument since 1984, the museum, constructed near the site, displays archaeological collections derived from the excavations : amphores, sigillated ceramics, coins, glassware, etc. All are welcome to come and listen to the numerous explanations : when, how, who discovered the site, the roman roads, the dwellings...
