XUHINXAHAREA

XUHINXAHAREA is a semi-detached house located in the hills above the village of Banca, 800m from the village center.

The gîte has 3 levels.

First floor:

- a day room with a fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, 2-burner gas hob with 2 induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave), living room and sitting area with wood-burning fireplace

- storeroom (washing machine)

1st floor :

- large bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed

2nd floor:

- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm)

- bathroom

- a toilet

Electric heating included. Air conditioning in day room. Wood available on request.

Covered terrace with mountain views, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking space.

XUHINXAHAREA is an ideal base for exploring the Aldudes Valley and the Basque mountain hiking trails.
