On the ground floor, the main room has an integrated kitchen in shimmering colours and a sitting area equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television. The shower room and an independent toilet are on the same level as well as a relaxation area which opens onto a small enclosed plot of land.

Upstairs are the 2 attic bedrooms (2 double beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed in 90).
