The bungalow sleeps 3. It includes an enclosed garden, barbecue and covered terrace for summer evenings. Inside, a kitchenette with fridge, mini-oven, microwave and washing machine. A bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, renovated in 2010.

In the lounge area is a BZ-style sofa, and a staircase leads to a mezzanine with a 140cm bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and cupboard.

A parking space is reserved in front of the bungalow, and access to the development is via a secure magnetic card. A 5-minute walk will take you to the Pavillon Royale beach.
