Located on the first floor of a detached house (with a second apartment upstairs), it comprises 3 rooms:

The separate kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo), and features a dining area.

The separate living room invites you to relax with its two armchairs, TV and coffee table.

The bedroom has new 160 cm bedding. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture. There's also a shared covered bike shed, and a shared swimming pool.
