Independent house, labelled Gîtes de Pays, renovated in 2021, 3km from the village of St Martin d'Arberoue and 14km from Hasparren. The gîte is located on a hill and offers a beautiful view on the Arberoue valley.

Ground floor: kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer). Spacious living room (hifi), sitting area (fireplace), veranda, small shower room/wc

First floor: 4 bedrooms (3 x 160cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds), one of which has an en-suite shower room, bathroom, wc.

Oil heating in supplement (according to consumption). Wood provided free of charge. Beds made on arrival, towels to rent, wifi internet connection.

Covered terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Large shady garden. Car park. Table tennis
