The surrounding countryside encourages you to go for a walk on the many paths of the Béarn des Gaves. The Gave (name being given to Pyrenean mountain streams), is very present in this region and is the place where everyone is going rafting or where fishing parties take place. Last but not least visits to Orthez and Sauveterre-de-Béarn, less than a dozen kilometers away, will show you how rich the History of the Béarn des Gaves can be.
