Pantxo and Marie Hélène, converted bakers, have renovated the Biscayburu farm, a typical Soule house overlooking the village of Sauguis in the Soule valley. Beams, exposed stones, swimming pool and garden make up the green and warm setting of this stopover in the heart of the Basque mountains. As you jump out of bed, you can contemplate the summits before enjoying the succulent breakfasts prepared by your hosts
