Being situated just halfway between both cities, you will have the choice between strolling along the lanes of the medieval Sauveterre-de-Béarn, under the protection of its imposing walls, or relaxing in the hot waters of the thermal baths in Salies-de-Béarn.

You can also go on discovering the Béarn des Gaves region (Gave being a name given to Pyrenean mountain streams), the Basque Country and the Pyrénées mountains.
