Gîte on the garden level of the owners' house, built in 2023.access via an outside path on the side of the house with lighting.60m2 apartment comprising :

- day room with fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), living room and sitting area

- 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each)

- shower room/wc (washing machine)

The gîte opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and a private garden.

For your comfort, everything is included: beds are made up on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, reversible air-conditioning heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included.

You'll be staying in the hills above Souraide, between Espelette and St Pée-sur-Nivelle. The gîte is ideally situated close to hiking trails and 19km from the beaches.
