This apartment of 70 m² (about 752 ft²) is located in the Séguitte residence, 30 meters from the slopes of the Pierre Saint-Martin ski resort. This accommodation, entirely renovated, is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

On entering the accommodation, there is the mountain corner with a bunk bed that sleeps two. On the right-hand side, there are two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and in the second one a 90 cm bed as well as a medical bed. The main room is equipped with a kitchen open to the living room. The sitting area has a sofa bed for two people.

A bathroom and a shower room are available.
