The connections between villages and hamlets are made through ancestral paths and trails, visiting the mills, churches, laundries and Béarnaise houses. The built heritage marks a postcard landscape, which preserves the legacy of transhumant shepherds, herds of cows and sheep that still participate in the maintenance of the landscape. In these open and bright places, on top of your electric mountain bike, the few ascents will pass without difficulties with a slightly more technical passage between the pebbles, leaving all the time to appreciate the harmony of a town or the incessant flight of the paragliders over green mountain stretches. A highly recommended circuit in the middle of the Aspe Valley.
