This is a great, varied and technical mountain bike trail. From the Bastard forest or from each of the villages of Montardon (flood control basins), Navailles-Angos (town hall), Sauvagnon (waterfall) and Serres-Castet (Serres-Castet bus station parking lot) or from the Lac du Balaing parking lot, you can begin this long journey. The variety of landscapes encountered (cultivated hillsides, lakes tucked away at the bottom of valleys, dark forests), the distant views (the Pont Long, half the Pyrenees range) and the quality of this ride (little tarmac, some technical sections, others easier) make this mountain bike route one of the most beautiful in the nearby Palais region.
