La voie verte de Pau à Narcastet
At the gates of the city, here is the opportunity for a direct immersion in nature on the banks of the Gave de Pau. A bike ride for all, in the shade of the willows and plane trees of the riparian zone, in search of freshness coming down from the Pyrenees, on an itinerary totally dedicated to bikes and pedestrians.
Between the city center of Pau and the town of Narcastet, this itinerary is entirely dedicated to walking or cycling. It is immediately removed from the urban area and offers more than 8 km of countryside to stroll along the shaded banks of the Gave de Pau, the backbone of the Nay plain. With the Pau white water stadium as a starting point and its opportunities for sensations, the rest of the route is the perfect example of a bike ride to share with the family, in search of freshness from the Pyrenees.
