San Antoni
A very varied itinerary in the foothills with wooded areas, pastures and farms still in activity, bearing witness to a pastoralism that is still very much alive. The view above the Osquich pass is breathtaking: the karstic massif of Arbailles, the mountains of Haute-Soule and Lower Navarre.
This looping route allows you to discover a still very much alive agricultural world. The farms that dot the bottom of the valley are still active, with their numerous meadows. This multi-faceted agro-pastoral culture is best understood by crossing the forests, then the pastures of the middle mountain. The chapel of Saint-Antoine dominates the Osquich pass, a favourite place for pigeon hunting in autumn. From the summit, the view is striking over the Soule valley, the mountains of Haute-Soule, the karstic massif of Arbailles and Basse-Navarre.
