The unassuming Ansabère Lake plays host to one of the best views of the Ansabère Needles. And a chance for a siesta by the water! Stock up on water and spend a little time with the shepherd when you stop at the cabins on your way up.
From Oloron, follow the N134 towards Spain (Huesca Sarragosse). Turn right towards Lescun on the D239. At the entrance to Lescun, signs indicate Ansabère. Park at the start of the track.
