Balade à Roulettes n°42 : La voie verte de Gelos à Mazères-Lezons
This short stage of the green route along the Gave de Pau takes us to Le Pradeau and its sports facilities, the footbridge over the Gave with its view of Pau Castle, the national stud farm and the dam via the saligue.
This 7 km greenway is part of a vast project linking Lourdes to Bayonne along the Gave de Pau and the Adour. On this short stage between Gelos and Mazères-Lezons, we'll discover Le Pradeau and its sports facilities, the footbridge over the Gave with its view of Pau Castle, the stud farm and the dam via the saligue. The route is very gentle, mostly along the water?s edge and under the trees.
