Restaurant Lorettipia
The restaurant, Lore Ttipia, is located in a 17th-century manor house within the Auberge d'Ostape. Depending on your mood and the day's weather, you can dine on the panoramic terrace overlooking the mountains, or in the adjoining dining room with its table d'hôtes.
The oak cellar, open to the dining room, reveals the finest wines from the Irouléguy and Riojas hillsides, as well as Pomerols and other nectars...
The region takes pride of place here, with trout from Banka, Boudin noir, Cochon des Aldudes, and ewe's milk cheese straight from Bidarray, the finest local gastronomy served here under the direction of Chef Manon Grasset.
