The hotel is located close to the Gave (Ühaltia en basque) in the heart of the typical Basque village of Abense-de-Haut. The hotel has long had a reputation for being an ideal place for trout fishers, those who enjoy fine dining or simply those who enjoy the relaxed way of life. The 6 rooms, all wonderfully decorated, offer all modern comforts but retain a timeless charm. The chef uses only local products to prepare seasonal Basque cuisine. Our food can be enjoyed either in our restaurant or on our terrace, under the shade of the maple trees.
