Our establishment is part of the Les Collectionneurs chain, and the restaurant is Michelin-starred. For the past forty years, Firmin and Anne-Marie Arrambide have worked tirelessly to make this restaurant a recognized landmark. Today, their children perpetuate the history of the house. Philippe has established himself as a talented and inventive chef, and Sandrine as a quality-conscious chef.
