Refuge d'Issarbe

Nestled at an altitude of 1450 m in an unspoilt natural setting, the Refuge d'Issarbe offers accommodation for up to 15 people: 10 in a dormitory and 5 in a family room (1 double bed and 3 single beds).

The refuge is located at the foot of the Pic d'Issarbe and at the entrance to the Nordic area for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing in winter.

In fine weather, Issarbe is the starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. For thrill-seekers, the site is listed as a paragliding area.

Adjacent to the refuge, the Le Grand Tétras restaurant and terrace can seat 45.

Overnight or on a half-board basis, you'll enjoy a peaceful interlude in a 100% natural setting: in the forest or on the ridges, always with incredible views of the Pic d'Anie, the Arguibelle cliffs or the Kakuetta gorges in the background.
