The Elissaldia hotel-restaurant is located between the church and the town hall on the village square of Bidart

Open all year round, and run by the same family since 1945, the hotel-restaurant Elissaldia hides a trinquet where the young and old of the village come to play pala (a speciality of Basque Pelota). This trinquet is one of the most atypical trinquet in the Basque Country.
