Aire de jeux - Lac des Carolins

6km from Pau, just outside the medieval town of Lescar, you can discover the

lac des Carolins.

It's in this bucolic setting that you'll find the children's play area. You'll be seated on the edge of a small lake surrounded by greenery. Several picnic tables and benches await you. There are several starting points for walks in the woods, including a section suitable for wheelchair users. The walk starts from the play area, and returns around the Ousse stream. Public toilets are available. Opposite, at Lescar zoo, is a refreshment/snack bar.
