The Aitxinea farm is a member of the France Passion and Bienvenue à la ferme network. Jean-Michel will make you visit his farm, discover the manufacture of farm cheeses and the agriculture in Soule, the province of the Basque Country. He will also explain to you the farm's mixed farming and breeding methods, the practice of transhumance, and introduce you to his Blonde d'Aquitaine cows, his dairy sheep, as well as his mares and pigs.
