Okina - Biscuits et gâteaux basques artisanaux

Created in 2004, the artisanal cookie factory of Soule Okina makes Basque cookies and cakes from selected materials.

The authentic recipes made by hand guarantee quality products. Okina products : dry cookies with chocolate or hazelnuts, salted cookies with ewe's cheese alone or mixed with Espelette pepper. Basque cakes with custard or black cherry jam and pastetx (cornmeal cakes) on order. Visit of the workshop for groups only on reservation. Store on site.
