The Association des AOP (Appellation d?Origne Protégée) du Pays Basque currently includes the following 4 sectors: Ossau-Iraty cheese, Espelette chilli pepper, Kintoa pork and Irouleguy wines. It enables them to be promoted collectively and optimizes the synergy between the various players.
