Ferme Kukulu

Located in the interior of the Basque Country, between Espelette and Itxassou, is the Kukulu farm. The mini-farm and the farm can be visited free of charge following the signs. You will discover our flock of ewes, goats, our cheese making laboratory and our maturing cellar.

Tasting of all our farmhouse cheeses made from raw milk:

- semi-dried and aged sheep's cheese

- sheep cheese with Espelette pepper

- fresh and semi-dry goat cheese

- cow's cheese plain and with Espelette chilli pepper

- mixed ewe/cow and ewe/goat cheese
