Son of a farmer, Pierre Oteiza is a breeder, producer and artisan pork butcher established in his native village of Aldudes, in the heart of the Basque Country.

Today, Pierre Oteiza's products are distributed through a network of 10 stores and professional partners (butchers, delicatessens, etc.). It supplies great tables in France and abroad and organizes buffets.
